Interior fan does not run on Saab 9-5.?

The air-conditioning on our 1999 Saab 9-5 does not work. The compressor clutch seems to kick in, but the blower does not run. The 40 amp fuse seems to be okay. How can I fix?

Honestly there are so many things that could be the problem your best bet is to get a manual and go through the troubleshooting steps. If the clutch is coming on but the fan isn't working sounds like the switch is bad.
