is it okay to use the slap shift all the time?? Or does it hurt the car??
For some reason i just love using it.

It's there to be used. No problem.

I concur with Saaber89. It is there to be used. If you use it all the time still no problem as the transmission adapts to its use as all SAAB transmissions are adapatble to the way they are used.
