I locked the doors with the remote and the headlights and rear lights went off within 20-30 seconds, but the Saab Information Display (SID) and the lights behind the radio (the lights behind the buttons) stay on. The SID dims but why do they stay on? Has anyone else had this problem?
I went to CarMax (I can't go to Saab until after 30 days) as I just bought the car from them. They, nor I, could duplicate the problem. I parked the car in the garage again and everything goes out now as it should. Could it have been the light sensor? I plan to visit Saab next month to have them run through the ins and outs of the car with me, verify the warranty is still good, and then get it checked out if it needs it.
