2001 SAAB 9-3 Rough Idle when stopped?

I have a 2001 SAAB 9-3 with about 100K miles. I recently just put $1,000 bucks into a total maintenance overhaul including replacing all filters, spark plugs, oil change, fluids flushed etc. I also just had a brand new turbo put in place. Now when I am driving my car and at a stop light it begins to idle rough, but doesn't die, when I am driving the car is fine. The idle is better when I am in 3rd gear as opposed to drive. Any suggestions? Perhaps a loose vacuum hose?

Check all wiring connections associated w/recent maint.-Unplug/then/re-plug. Check all bolts/screws for good snug-(vacuum). Also, Try a quality fuel sys./injection cleaner. [Long term].
