Cooling fan relay with timer.

I have a SAAB -SCANIA 95 63 339 relay that I want to use on my 1988 XJS jauar to control its fan.
terminal 87 goes to the fan
terminal 30 is power for the fan
terminal 31 is ground
I need help for terminal 15 and 31T, What would be connected to them?
